Intercultural competence and professionalism

Having completed the course the student is able to describe the key concepts related to interculturalism and professional development, connect and demonstrate these concepts to the own academic field and future work and demonstrate a link between interculturalism and own future work. This completeness also gives you tools how to analyze the role of professional development in the multicultural working environment and knowledge about intercultural communication with people from different races, age, cultures and how to reflect on own intercultural experience.
