Consumer Behavior in Tourism goes through the tourist behavior process from motivation and decision-making to the tourist experience. In addition, the responsibility issues as well as cross cultural issues and tourism trends are discussed. The course provides a good opportunity to learn about tourist behavior, not only by learning from a book but also by analyzing one’s own behavior as a tourist.
