During your visit in Joensuu campus, you will get to know various escape game implementation environments for teaching purposes. The main facility is the Sm4rt LOC laboratory of the University of Eastern Finland, where different learning escape games are implemented every year together with teacher students for different grade levels. The presentation also includes virtual escape games with examples that inspire students to learn the contents of different subjects in a skill-based and problem-oriented manner.
The foundation of the visit is the Finnish curriculum, the grade level can be selected as desired. The theoretical content of the curriculum and escape games is presented in an interesting way, also with hands on activities!
